teun voeten is a photojournalist and cultural anthropologist who has documented conflict and human rights violations across the globe, working in bosnia, rwanda, afghanistan, iraq, gaza, columbia, dr congo, liberia and sierra leone amongst others. he is the author of two books, how de body? hope and horror in sierra leone and tunnel people, documenting the underground homeless population of new york. he is currently examining drug violence in mexico and has also started a foundation to raise funds for a high school in sierra leone. teun will be exhibiting works from sierra leone, rwanda, mexico and bosnia.
